TOP's imaginative community-wide outreach programs are modeled after evidence-based best practices that include Indiana Academic Standards for Theatre and other proven approaches for the development of ensemble-created community artwork throughout Bloomington, Monroe County, and beyond.

TOP's celebrated performance arts curriculum introduces participants to all aspects of theatrical production, promotes participant self-esteem, emphasizes democratic decision making, provides leadership opportunities through group facilitation, and encourages continued civic engagement beyond TOP's program participation.

All of TOP's trendsetting educational services incorporate participant-feedback driven processes and are evaluated using research-based pre and post assessment performance measures.  All of TOP's community programs are provided free to participants of all ages.
