GRASSROOTS FUNDING TOP ACT Players in An Enemy of the People from Project I thank you for your support. More than 70% of TOP's funding comes from small personal donations from TOP supporters throughout Bloomington, Monroe County, Indiana, and across the U.S. TOP supporters have donated gifts ranging between $10 to $200 to help afford local artists the opportunity to create art and to express themselves in creative and positive ways for community-wide benefit. TOP's 2009/2010 Friends of TOP supporter list is now forming.
