TOP is a process-oriented arts and education organization that encourages TOP ACT Players to experiment with artistic concepts beyond the confines of traditional theatre constructions and traditional audience expectations.

TOP is committed to exploring alternative means of storytelling that challenge the traditional artist-audience relationship by shattering the fourth-wall of passivity. In doing so, TOP aims to invite and entertain both new and old audiences by highlighting the collective spirit and spirited energy of neighbors sharing artwork with their neighbors.

TOP makes every effort to incorporate the artistic constructs of Absurdism, Applied Drama, Art Nouveau, Dadaism, Drama Therapy, Epic Theatre, German Expressionism, Happening, Playback Theatre, Puppetry, Surrealism, Theatre of the Absurd, Theatre of Cruelty, and Theatre of the Oppressed among other art forms into all TOP artwork.
